Outline (in English)
This course will cultivate basic research and analysis skills by using Ryunosuke Akutagawa's words and related artistic experiences as materials.
In interpreting the artist's words, what does it mean to take into account the facts related to the words, and what are the facts of the experience? By exploring materials related to artistic experiences and facing them without being bound by preconceptions, we aim to cultivate the ability to interpret the words of Ryunosuke Akutagawa's experiences by taking up the rich information they contain, and to apply the results to the study of literature.
In addition to the above, students will deepen their knowledge of the cultural conditions that existed in "Tokyo" at the time that made such experiences possible, and cultivate the ability to take a cross-genre approach on their own.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
芥川龍之介の残した言葉とその事に関わる芸術体験を素材とし、基本的な調査と分析の能力を培う。
作家の言葉を解釈してゆく中で、その事に関わる事実を踏まえるとはどのような事か、そもそも体験した事実とは何か。芸術体験に関わる資料を探索し、先入観に囚われることなく資料に向き合い、資料の持つ豊かな情報を取り上げ、芥川龍之介の体験を語る言葉を解釈する力を養い、合わせて、文学研究にその成果を活かす事を目指す。
また、上記のことがらに加え、このような体験を可能とした当時の「東京」という土地が有した文化状況についての知識を深め、自らジャンル横断的なアプローチを行う力を養成する。
到達目標Goal
芸術体験に関わる芥川龍之介の「言葉」を解釈する為のスキルを養成する。すなわち、芥川龍之介の芸術体験に関わる資料の収集と解析を行う事ができ、その成果を自らの発表や論文で充分に活用できる能力の獲得を目指す。
To cultivate skills in interpreting Ryunosuke Akutagawa's "words" related to his artistic experiences. In other words, the course aims to develop the ability to collect and analyze materials related to Ryunosuke Akutagawa's artistic experiences, and to fully utilize the results in one's own presentations and papers.

担当者の発表と全員での討議による演習形式。人数によっては司会とコメント担当も設ける。受講者は、講義毎にコメントペーパーを提出する。前回講義の振り返りにも使う。最初の時間に要領を説明する。
なお、発表者は発表の前日15時までに配付資料（レジュメ）をPDFの形でLMSにアップロードし、他の受講者は授業までにあらかじめ目を通しておく。
In each lecture, there will always be a presenter, and students will exchange opinions and deepen each other's readings of the reports.
The presenter must upload his/her resume in PDF format to the LMS by 3:00 p.m. on the day before the presentation, so that other students can read it before class.

本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とします。
受講者は、毎回、報告で取り上げる芸術体験に関わる基本情報を得ておくこと。事典等でベースとなる知識を得、自分なりにテーマに対するアプローチを考えておくことが望ましい。各自が発表者の立場になり、先行研究等も参照して講義に臨みたい。
