Outline (in English)

As a "comprehensive special lecture" for local schooling, I will provide students studying various fields with techniques and knowledge to understand the region from a geographical perspective, and introduce techniques and examples to specifically summarize their own region.
First, learn the basics of ``geography'' and ``topography'', and aim to develop the ability to describe changes in the region and environment from the perspective of ``fudo theory'', ``landscape science'', and ``dynamic topography''.
In principle, two hours of preparation and review for each class is the standard, but since this is a three-day intensive course, preparation and review should be distributed as follows as much as possible.
① Preliminary study: Refer to the syllabus and prepare for the relevant content at least 2 days before the lecture (approximately 8 hours in total)
(2) Preparation/review during the lecture period: Approximately 2 hours of preparation/review every day for 4 days including the day before the lecture (total of 8 hours)
③ After finishing the lecture, take enough time to submit the report (about 8 hours).
In addition to the exam, students will (optionally) be asked to submit a report on either "the natural history of the area in which they live" or "changes in the area and environment as seen from their own history", so it is desirable to collect and organize literature and materials before attending the lecture. By doing so, they will be able to deepen their understanding of the content of the lectures, and the quality of their reports after the lectures should improve.
However, since the environment of the students varies, points will be allocated so that (1) attendance at lectures, (2) small reports each time, and (3) exams alone will be a passing score, but participating with the intention of submitting a report is also effective in gaining a deeper understanding of the lecture content.
The results of (1) small reports for each lecture, (2) exams, and (3) reports (submitted after lectures) will be comprehensively evaluated.
However, since it seems that the environment of the students varies, we set ①40%, ②45%, ③15%, and do not submit ③, and distribute the ratio so that only ① and ② will reach an A score.
