Outline (in English)

(Course outline)The theme of the class is the practical study of sport psychology themes (psychological approaches to sport, exercise, and physical activity).
(Learning Objectives)
Physical activity, including exercise and sport, has a deep relationship with our 'minds.' The course aims to deepen students' understanding of 'mental mechanisms' by understanding research and findings in sports psychology, and to enable them to provide psychological support in physical activity, exercise, and sports situations.
The course also focuses on the relationship between the area of psychology in which each student specializes and sports psychology. The aim is also to identify the development potential of both.
(Learning activities outside of classroom)
Students should study in advance to be able to tackle the report assignments presented during each class and to be able to practice and utilize the lecture content.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each: (1) 60% for the final report corresponding to the class objectives and (2) 40% for participation in class assignments, presentations, group work, and exchanges of ideas.
