Outline (in English)
Course outline: This course deals with the Problems of the self knowledge approached by modern analytical philosophers.
Learning Objectives: To acquire a deeper understanding of the self and to
learn more about the methods of analytical philosophy.
Learning activities outside of classroom: After each class meeting,
students are expected to spend four hours to understand the content of the day and to prepare the next class meeting.
Grading Criteria: preparing resumes: 60%, contribution to the class discussion: 40%

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
「自己知」は伝統的な哲学的問題であるとともに、現代も種々の議論が戦わされている領域である。この授業では、①なぜ「自己知」が哲学の問題になるのか、②現代分析哲学はどのような方法によって「自己知」を論じるのか、③自己知の特異な性格をどうやって説明するのか、を代表的論者の論文を読解しながら検討する。
到達目標Goal
「自己知」の問題の特異性に気付き、それにに関する現代哲学の主要な立場の論拠と問題点を正しく理解する。

本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とする。発表担当者は、担当箇所のレジュメを作成し、事前に配布する。全員がテキストをあらかじめ精読したうえでレジュメを確認し、疑問点、反論等を整理しておく。
