Outline (in English)
【Course outline】
The rapid spread of the Internet has brought about a major paradigm shift in business around the world, and even today, the world is undergoing dramatic changes every day. Due to the influence of this digital shift (DX) centered on the Internet, there are new industries that have been born, and there are industries that will perish. In this lecture, among the industries affected by the digital shift, through the media industry and the distribution industry, we will learn the background of the transition and consider the future business.
【Learning Objectives】
The purpose of this course is to develop the ability to foresee the future by fundamentally understanding the past and present of business. The goal is to improve business sense by learning the basic strategies and examples of various ideas (business models) necessary for that purpose.
① Can you explain general knowledge and basic terms related to the distribution and service business
② Can you understand and explain the structure of the distribution/service business?
③ Do you have creative ideas to solve the problems of the distribution and service business?
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Please read the information media (business news sites, newspapers, magazines) on a daily basis and pay attention to daily social movements. And be aware of the issues. Many of the distribution and service businesses are all about familiar things. Why am I using this app? "How does this business work?" "Please think about it." In particular, it is a good idea to actually try new Internet services. Standard time for both preparation and review is 2 hours.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】
Grading will be based on the following three points.
① Can you explain general knowledge and basic terms related to the distribution and service business
② Can you understand and explain the structure of the distribution/service business?
③ Do you have creative ideas to solve the problems of the distribution and service business?
Small assignments in class 10%
Test 40%
Issue 50%
The grade evaluation is based on 100 points, and 60 points or more is considered passing.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
インターネットの急速な普及により、世界のビジネスは大きなパラダイムシフトを迎えることになりましたが、今も日々激しく変容を遂げています。このインターネットを軸としたデジタルシフト（DX化）の影響で、新しく生まれた産業もあれば、滅びゆく産業もあります。本講義では、デジタルシフトの影響を受けた産業の中で、メディア産業と流通産業を取り上げ、変遷の経緯を学び、これからのビジネスを考察していきます。
到達目標Goal
本講の目的は、「ビジネスの過去と現在を本質的に理解することで、未来を予見する力を養うこと」です。そのために必要な基礎的な戦略と様々なアイデア（ビジネスモデル）の事例を学び、ビジネス感覚を高めることを到達目標とします。

③流通・サービスビジネスの課題を解決するクリエイティブな発想を持つことができているか

インターネットの普及について、その発展とそれにともなう社会（ビジネス）への影響を学びます。なぜ、GAFAMが巨大企業に成長し得たのか？ あらゆるビジネスに影響を与えている構造的な変化を理解し、メディアと流通の2つの産業の事例をもとに学んでいきます。出版業界、新聞業界、放送業界、eコマース業界、インターネット広告業界を解説します。具体的なビジネスモデルや重要な用語解説などを理解し、ビジネスマインド、リテラシーの向上を目指します。

流通・サービスビジネスを大きく変容させている最大要因であるインターネットの普及について理解を深めます。そのはじまりからNFT、メタバースなど次世代ビジネスの可能性まで。

SNSの普及による個人発信の時代が到来。UGCサイトの隆盛、クリエイターの誕生、推し活などを解説。
第7回[対面/face to face]：新しいビジネスモデルの発明（ゲストスピーカー）
ZOZO、メルカリなど成功の秘密は？ ゲストスピーカーとともに、流通・サービス企業のビジネスモデルについて探求します。

第4回目は、eコマース業界。

第5回目は、インターネット広告業界。
第10回[対面/face to face]：デジタルマーケティング
デジタル技術が発展していく中で、新しい機能や仕組みが生まれます。ビジネスのトレンドを「ビジネス用語」を使って、理解していきます。その中で、すべてのデジタルビジネスに不可欠なデジタルマーケティングの理解を深めます。

ワークショップの前に、これまでの学習について総括します。

それぞれの課題をシェアしながら相互にアドバイスしてブラッシュアップするミーティングを開催します。
第13回[対面/face to face]：研究成果のプレゼンテーションと講評
研究の成果を全体で共有し、講評します。

試験と課題レポートを実施します。授業全体のまとめを行ないます。

日頃から情報メディア（ビジネスニュースサイトや新聞、雑誌）に目を通して、日々の社会の動きに注意を払ってください。そして、問題意識を持ってください。流通・サービスビジネスの多くは身近に利用しているものばかりです。自分はなぜ、このアプリを活用しているのか？ このビジネスはどのように成り立っているのか？ を考えてみてください。特に、新しいネットサービスなどは実際に試してみるのが良いでしょう。準備時間、復習時間ともに2時間を標準とします。

出版・放送メディアや各種コンテンツ制作などのエンタテインメントビジネスと、eコマース、UGC、アプリシステム開発などのデジタルビジネスに関して、現場からマネジメントまで、また、大企業とベンチャー企業の両方を経験してきた現役のビジネスマンによる授業になります。
