Outline (in English)

Course outline
In our society, many people live by being employed, working, and earning wages. However, working is not the only part of life. In addition to working, we need support to live a "rich and humane life. Social policy is a system of policies to realize these goals.
In the "Employment and Welfare Policy" course, we will focus on contemporary issues such as livelihood security for irregular workers and the intersection of employment and social security, among other "social policy" areas in academia. For each issue, the current system will be reviewed, and then policy responses will be discussed and explained.
