Outline (in English)

Course Outline: We will analyze the way a story progresses, with selected example from novels, and discuss how aspects of expression are realized in literary works.
Learning Objectives: The goal of this course is to understand the realistic difficulty and inconsequentiality of expression.
Learning Activities Outside of the Classroom: Before and after each class meetings, students will be expected to spend two hours to read the textbook.
Grading Criteria/Policy: Grading will be decided based on in-class contribution (50%), and short reports (50%).
