Outline (in English)

The planning, supervision, management and maintenance of buildings require the compliance of various construction regulations. In this course, in addition to regulations necessary for architectural planning, students will learn about how they relate and contribute to real-world examples and society.

Learning Objectives
Students Learn about the laws and regulations necessary for architectural planning.
Students understand the current status of laws and regulations and their problems through report assignments, and acquire practical skills through the preparation of draft plans in exercises.

Learning activities outside of classroom
In other classes, students should be aware of building regulations when visiting actual buildings and examining design documents.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

All assignments must be submitted for grading.
