Outline (in English)

This course examines management theory targeting corporate industry as a model for modern organizations and methods of business value creation through real-world examples. Beginning with fundamental theory of management, with reference to related fields (economics, sociology, law etc.) a unified understanding of industry, enterprise and management and current developments is reviewed through a macro point of view. Next, individual topics in resource management (human, physical, financial, data, technological etc.) will be introduced with real-world examples through a micro point of view. In addition, based on today's state of interpenetration between art and business, through comparisons of production and management, new methods of value creation related to start-up business planning, base products and services for business will be studied.
