Outline (in English)

[Course Outline]
The goal of this course is to give participants the basic knowledge and the practical skills of educational psychology. It is especially important to develop psychological ways to deal with the matters that concern to education and to know the application of psychological findings to educational activities for the improvement of those qualities.
[Learning Objectives]
At the end of the course, participants are expected
1.to explain educational issues at home and abroad psychologically.
2.to point out the causes of educational issues and to take measures to them based on evidences.
3.to explain the qualification and the work contents of the school psychologist.
[Learning activities outside of classroom]
After each class meeting,participants will be expected
1.to read some papers related on the theme of the class of the day.
2.to make a summary on contents of the class of the day.
[Grading Criteria /Poclicy]
Grading will be decided based on research presentation(50%)、academic discussion(30%)、submission of assignments(20%).
