Development of writing skills in English
(Learning Objectives)
Students will learn to write clear and grammatically correct English with a high level of competency.

Students will write short essays to be reviewed in class each week.

Grades will be based on written essays to be submitted each week.
Course credits will not be given where a student is absent three or more times in a semester without submitting a reason.

Using non-fiction articles, students will learn how to express ideas and opinions. Each week students will read and discuss a topic in class and then write a short report or essay outlining their reactions. Individual feedback will be given on each report or essay.
