到達目標Goal
In this course, students will learn about (1) language testing and assessment and (2) its role in English-as-a-foreign/second language context. Through discussions after reading the course textbook and handouts, students will acquire a deeper understanding of these two issues. Repeating this process throughout the semester will help students develop their understanding of language testing and assessment and its relationship with pedagogy better, based on empirical evidence.
By the end of this course, students will be able to better understand (1) language testing and assessment and (2) its role in English-as-a-foreign/second language context.
