Outline (in English)

The theme of this class is for students to have an accurate understanding of corporations. We will explain the answers to the following questions: what is a corporation, why do corporations exist, and what role do corporations play in economic activity? The theory of the firm in economics is a theory that emerged in the 20th century. The purpose of this course is to provide an overview of this theory.To study about modern firms and modern societies.Course Outline:The course aims to teach the fundamentals of industrial research and strategy theory,
Learning Objectives:To help each student become an industrial research man or research woman corporate strategy planner.
Learning activities outside of classroom:Need 2Hours.
Grading Criteria/Policy:Regular points (40%) based on the content and frequency of presentations and contributions to the management during the exercises.Degree of commitment to the assignment you set (30%)Content of the final submission (30%)
