Project is activities for future creating value under a specific mission and certain constraints such as resources or situation during a certain period. The characteristics of a project are: (1) activities to achieve the purpose, (2) there is a point of start and end specified, (3) there are restrictions on resources that can be used, (4) Since it gives out a specific result or solves a specific problem, it is clear that what to accomplish is clear, so the success or failure is clearly understood.
