Outline (in English)

Financial statements are mediums that briefly summarize the outcomes of business activities and the status of assets, liabilities, etc. and convey them to shareholders, creditors, etc. Therefore, being able to understand the contents of financial statements accurately is also important for management and for management staff and consultants who are in a position to support it.
Students aim to be able to properly analyze and use financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, etc.) in this class.
We will use the published financial statements of listed companies as the analysis target, but also learn about the characteristics of financial accounting and management indicators of SMEs.
