Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
Knowledge of finance is extremely important for business management in making the right decisions, and it greatly affects the success or failure of a business. In this lecture, you will mainly learn about investment theory related to financial decision making of corporations. It is a field that is a development or derivative of the traditional investment theory learned in Finance I.
【Learning Objectives】
The purpose of this lecture is to acquire the knowledge and practices necessary for a multifaceted approach to the calculation of various "values" that are important factors in corporate management decision-making. We will provide full support to ensure that all students reach a certain level of goals. If possible, it is advisable to take this course together with Finance I.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Two hours of preparation and two hours of review.

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following.
Term-end examination:40%、Short report:30%、in class contribution:30%
