Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This course is intended that students understand how a personal business carrier is developed under the structural change of the economic society and the employment system. Students will examine how a personal business carrier is developed in the relation with social structure and the employment system. In addition, they will understand a theoretical frame about career development and learn a viewpoint, methodology to approach the current situation of the career development.
【Learning Objectives】
The goal of this course is to acquire theories and knowledge about business career development, and to understand how career development changes in relation to economic society and corporate personnel management.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Before/after each class, students will be expected to spend 3 hours to understand the course content.
【Grading Criteria/Policies】
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process
Report (30%) and in-class contribution(70%)
