Outline (in English)

A business turnaround is a series of restructuring processes of an underperforming company, including reconciling interests among stakeholders and rebuilding its struggling business.
Business innovation is defined as seeking a considerable degree of management improvement by conducting new business activities.
The objective of this class is to understand the significance, purpose, effects, process of turnarounds and business innovation, and to acquire basic knowledge to lead timely and appropriate reforms and business innovation in SMEs, while responding to the changing market needs.
