Outline (in English)

The focus of this course is on the concepts, theory, principles and procedures appropriate to mental health education. This course will provide training in psychological education, relaxation techniques, social skills training, and cognitive therapy. Your study time will be more than four hours for a class. Grading will be decided based on term-end report (40%), and in-class contribution (60%).
