Outline (in English)

【Course outline】In this lecture, we will explain the various areas of management that are necessary to promote sports business. Specifically, students will understand management related to the newly emerging IT field, management related to facility operation and management, sports management from a behavioral economics perspective, and management related to finance.
【Learning Objectives】1:To be able to explain the elements necessary to promote sports business 2:To be able to give an overview of sports facility management and present challenges and solutions 3:To be able to explain the characteristics of sports business from the perspective of behavioral economics 4:To be able to give an overview of sports finance and present issues and solutions
【Learning activities outside of classroom】Students are expected to read carefully the reference books and related literature related to the contents of the class before the class, and to be able to reflect them in their comments and reaction papers.
The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
【Grading Criteria /Policy】Class participation (reaction papers, participation in group work, speaking in class, etc.): 30%.
In-class quiz: 20%.
Final report assignment: 50%.
