Outline (in English)

[Course outline]
In this class, graduate students of Doctoral Course acquire knowledge to know and skill to be acquired when becoming a university faculty member. The content of this lesson is a graduate edition of FD (Faculty Development).
[Learning Objectives]
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the following:
a.Students can explain in their research and educational activities the concepts that current universities and faculty members should know in performing their duties.
b.Students can properly plan their half-year class.
c.Students can give class that incorporate methods that can be expected to have a high educational effect.
d.Students can accurately evaluate each other's achievement of goals.
[Learning activities outside of classroom]
The standard preparation time for this class is 3 hours, and the standard review time is 1 hour.
[Grading Criteria /Policy]
The overall grade of the class is determined based on the following.
In-class contribution 40%, Syllabus of the course of the student's own research specialty 20%, application documents for open call for participants 15%, simulated lesson 25%.
