Outline (in English)

Course outline: Today's marketing challenge is to create a lively and interactive communities of consumers who make products and brands a part of their daily lives. This course will help students learn how to create customer value and acquire loyal customers.
Learning Objectives: The students will understand the innovative frameworks for customer value and customer relationship that capture the essence of today's marketing. They will develop the presentation skills through presentation opportunities and acquire the ability to delve into problems from a multifaceted angle through discussions.
Learning activities outside of classroom: Before/after each class meeting, students will be expected to spend two hours to understand the course content.
Grading Criteria /Policy: Final grade will be calculated according to the following process: mid-term presentation (40%), term-end presentation (30%,) and in class contribution (30%).
