Outline (in English)
You will watch and listen to 6 inspiring TED Talks. We will look at topics from various angles while building vocabulary and knowledge. You will work in pairs and groups and have many opportunities to communicate. You will make individual and group presentations in class. You will also practice academic skills such as note-taking, summarizing, gathering ideas, researching, organizing ideas logically and giving critical feedback.

Listen to TED Talks and investigate power ideas that are changing the world. Think critically about those ideas and talk about about your own opinions and experiences with classmates.
到達目標Goal
You will practice speaking and listening about the life-changing ideas in the TED Talks. You will make presentations and develop your opinions. You will improve your ability to handle various types of information and to assess it critically.

This is a hybrid class with some lessons in person and some online via Zoom. Learn to give give opinions based on reading and listening to Ted Talks. Feedback will be given during class and on Google classroom.
