Outline (in English)

The research experiments are carried out, and the obtained data are processed for the final presentation. The goal of this course is to obtain the new findings on how the plant pathogenic bacteria cause plant disease and how the plants resist to the attack. At the end of the semester, final presentation and the thesis are the obligation. To think about the methods and the strategies of the research are required even outside of the laboratory. The final evaluation will be decided by the daily contribution to the research work, the final presentation and the thesis in a comprehensive manner.
