Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
Decision making is a human cognitive act in which a person or group selects and implements the best solution from multiple alternatives in order to achieve a specific goal.
This lecture will clarify the position of decision making in all situations, regardless of whether it is an individual or a group, in the social sciences such as economics, business administration, and sociology. Next, regarding the method of decision-making, we organize target recognition, information gathering, measures, selection of the best measures, formulation of action plans, and their implementation and management. In addition, we will understand analytical approaches and decision models (types of decisions, decision process, decision support), structure elucidation of failure causes and conversion to creation, relationships between networks and decision making, and relationships between production and management. We will practice decision-making using the idea method/brain map. I think it will be helpful for how to read and select industry and company information in job hunting.
