We will develop and improve your presentation skills. You will practice speaking English in pairs and small groups and make individual and small group presentations on general English topics.
到達目標Goal
At the end of the course, students should have improved their oral communication skills and confidence when speaking English in pairs, small groups and in front of an audience. Students should understand the importance of good posture, eye contact, gestures, stage position, voice projection and enunciation in basic presentations.

Students will work in pairs and small groups using English in an enjoyable and communicative way. Students will give peer-to-peer feedback on presentations and will be provided with feedback from the lecturer in the class. Students will be asked to submit PowerPoint presentations on Google Classroom. Feedback will be provided to students in class and via Google Classroom.

成績評価の方法と基準Grading criteria
Homework (30%) In-class participation including participation in classroom activities, individual and small group presentations (50%). Participation in speaking review activities (20%). Homework assignments, regular attendance and active participation in class activities are required in order to pass the course.
