Outline (in English)

Course outline
The aim of this course it to help students acquire basic concept of law

Learning objectives
By the end of the course, students should be able to do the followings:
text book & case law
Learning activities outside of classroom
Before each class meeting, students will be expected reading text & handouts
Your required study time is at least one hour for each class meeting.

Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following

This course will introduce necessary legal knowledge, basic skills and techniques that are required for further study, including: data collection, report preparation, reporting and discussion.
Based on these, judicial precedent research is undertaken followed by result announcements and detailed presentation discussions.
In addition, students will be required to prepare actual resumes and reports.
Through this study you will acquire the necessary basic knowledge and concepts for future learning.
