Outline (in English)
（Course outline）
This seminar instructs students how to conduct research and write a master’s thesis/research paper. Guidance is given for each stage of research, including literature review, hypothesis development, data collection, hypothesis testing, and interpretation of results. Students complete a master’s thesis/research paper.
（Learning Objectives）
The goals of this seminar are the following.
1. To learn how to conduct literature review
2. To deduce a research question
3. To learn how to develop hypotheses
4. To learn how to design research
5. To learn how to collect data
6. To learn how to analyze data
7. To learn how to draw implications from the results of the analysis
8. To complete a master’s thesis/research paper
（Learning activities outside of classroom）
Students are required to conduct literature review, decide a research question, develop hypotheses, design a method to test hypotheses, collect data, analyze data, interpret the results of data analysis, and write a master’s thesis/research paper. These are conducted outside the classroom.
Students are expected to spend at least 2 hours daily on research.

授業の概要と目的（何を学ぶか）Outline and objectives
本演習は、修士論文あるいはリサーチペーパー作成のための研究指導を行う。先行研究のレビュー、仮説の構築、データの収集、仮説の検証、検証結果の検討など、論文作成の各段階を指導する。経営学演習IIでは、修士論文あるいはリサーチペーパーを完成させる。

２．リサーチ・クエスチョンを導出する。
３．仮説の構築方法を習得する。
４．仮説検証の方法を習得する。
５．データ収集の方法を習得する。
６．データ分析の方法を習得する。
７．仮説検証の結果からインプリケーションを導出する。
８．修士論文あるいはリサーチペーパーを完成させる。

先行研究のレビュー、リサーチ・クエスチョンの導出、仮説の構築、仮説検証方法の決定、データの収集、データの分析、分析結果の解釈、ライティングの各段階について、学生は報告を行う。報告に基づき、どのように修正していくかを学生と議論する。
授業形態は対面とするが、受講生と授業形態について話し合いを持ち、変更することもありうる。

先行研究のレビュー、リサーチ・クエスチョンの導出、仮説の構築、仮説検証方法の決定、データ収集、データ分析、結果の解釈、ライティングに必要な作業を行う。
授業時間外の学習時間は、毎日最低２時間とする。
