Outline (in English)

This course deals with concepts and theories of strategic management and their applications to companies.
At the end of the course, students are expected to develop their perspective on what is a strategy and to gain insight into the ways in which organizations develop and implement strategies.
Before each class meeting, students will be expected to have read the relevant chapter(s) from the text. Your required study time is at least four hours for a class.
Final grade will be decided based on term-end examination(80%) and mid-term report(20%).
