Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
This lecture aims to provide students who are going to develop their own careers with the necessary theories and basic knowledge so that they can build autonomous careers on their own initiative. The lectures also provide students with an opportunity to consider their own careers.

【Learning Objectives】
To acquire basic knowledge of career theory and the working conditions in order to develop their own career autonomously on their own initiative.

To be able to consider their own career prospects based on the theory.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Please prepare and review based on the handouts and reference books. Preparation materials will be given after each lecture. In addition, students are expected to prepare for individual and group presentations outside of class time. At the end of the lecture, students will be required to write a report on the results of their work and presentations.

The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
20% will be given for usual performance score (participation and contribution to lectures and discussions), 30% for presentation of individual and group work, and 50% for reports (the summary of the results of individual and group work).
