Outline (in English)
This class aims to enhance the students' understanding of theoretical frameworks of validity of second language listening assessment and provide them with practical skills to analyse or examine the test results by employing both classical test theory and item response theory. The participants may be expcted to read relevant materials outside of classroom. The grading is determnined by assignments and attitude, 70% and 30 %, respectively.

外国語として英語を学ぶ学習者のリスニング能力の測定と伸長に関わる理論的・実際的な諸相に対する理解を、論文の輪読と古典的テスト理論と項目応答理論を活用したデータの分析を通じて深める。
到達目標Goal
1 第２言語としての英語リスニングの理論と実際（指導含む）に精通する。
2 大学入試共通リスニングテストを量的・質的に分析し、その妥当性を検証できる。
3 リスニングテスト結果を項目応答理論を利用して分析できる。
