Outline (in English)

This course is designed for students with no prior knowledge of the German language. It aids them in acquiring basic grammatical rules, expressions, and vocabulary related to everyday situations. By the end of the course, students should be able to:
- Effectively utilize their grammatical knowledge when reading and writing simple, short texts
- Recognize familiar words and very basic phrases when spoken slowly and clearly
After each class meeting, students are expected to review the learning content, listen to the native speakers on audio, and practice speaking along with them. The required study time is at least one hour for each class meeting.

Grading will be determined based on the usual performance score (60%) and the term-end examination (40%).
