Outline (in English)

(Course outline)
This course introduces the basic and important concepts and methods necessary for creating artificial intelligencem as well as their applications to social science fields.

(Learning Objectives)
The goal of this course is to cultivate the basic skills to appropriately utilize artificial intelligence technology in various situations in society.

(Learning activities outside of classroom)
The homework is to address unsolved exercises and deepen understanding of the associated notions or methodologies.

(Grading Criteria /Policy)
The grading is based on the final exam (70%) and classroom quizzes (30%).
