Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
In this class, we will learn sleep and biological rhythms by the psychophysiological research methods.
【Learning Objectives】
To be able to explain the importance of the role that sleep should play in daily life. It is to reproduce research in the field of psychophysiology so that it can be used for writing an article.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】 
It takes 2 hours to prepare and 2 hours to review for each lesson.
【Grading Criteria / Policy】
Final grade will be calculated according to the following process: in-class contribution (50%) and final examination (50%).
