Outline (in English)

Students will systematically study Contract Theory.
(I) Uncertainty and Economics of Information
(II) Principal = Agent Theory: Moral Hazard
(III) Principal = Agent Theory: Adverse Selection
(IV) Theory of Incomplete Contracts
Students will further improve their ability to independently examine contemporary society and make fair judgments to solve problems. Before/after each lecture, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand the content. Grading is based on Two Assignments (Problem Sets as Home work)(45%), Submission of Reaction Papers (5%), and Final Examination (Textbook-reference available) (50%).
