Outline (in English)
The core of the course involves an examination of property law in the context of commercial transactions. The expected outcomes will be understanding of how property law interrelates with contract law , and understanding of basic concepts of the general civilian idea of ‘contract’ and of the civilian contract of sale in particular. Classes will be conducted in a lecture format using handouts that can be downloaded
on Hoppii in advance. Homework assignments should be done
regularly soon after each session. Grading Criteria (Homework: 15%, Final report or examination: 85%)

民法の中でも、特に、物権法（担保物権を除く）を中心に学ぶ。契約法との連動性を意識しながら、授業が進められる。
到達目標Goal
物権（第２編第１，２，３章）について、基本的な知識と理解を修得する。さらに広く、民法横断的な思考力を修得する。

物権法について、あらかじめ配信されたレジュメの流れに従い、オンラインにて授業が進められる。レジュメは穴埋め形式であり、講義の中で説明が行われる。受講生は毎回の授業の終了後、聞き逃した箇所についてはアーカイブ配信も利用しながら、再び自らの力で解答を行い、知識の定着を確実に図ることが求められる。

レジュメは、毎回、学習支援システムにアップロードする。受講者は、事前にダウンロードして、講義の予習に役立てること。さらに、随時、練習問題を配布するため、定期的に復習を行うこと。本授業の準備学習・復習時間は、各2時間を標準とする。
