Outline (in English)

This course offers an in-depth understanding of the fundamental principles of academic research, tailored for students enrolled in the program. By the conclusion of this course, students will be equipped to:
Acquire knowledge of the basics of the American Psychological Association (APA) citation style, academic writing, and research methodologies.
Execute keyword searches for sourcing previous research studies.
Develop visually appealing charts and graphs from numerical data using Excel.
Interpret data presented in figures and tables and effectively communicate their findings.
Understand the structure involved in writing a series of academic papers, encompassing aspects such as the problem statement, purpose, methodology, results, and discussion.
Students are required to complete assignments after each class session. They should anticipate dedicating over four hours per class session to coursework. Assessment will be based on report submissions (50%) and class participation (50%).
