Outline (in English)

(Course outline)The aim of this course is to help students learn the background of global business unfolding all over the world in the rapidly and dynamically transforming business environment. Merely memorizing individual business management methods or business analysis models for global business is not the target of this course.
(Learning Objectives) The goals of this course are to understand the basic history, current status, and theories of globalization of corporate activities and to acquire an international perspective and viewpoint by learning about the diverse and complex elements and backgrounds that form international business.
(Learning activities outside of classroom) After each class meeting, students will be expected to spend four hours to understand and review the contents of the course to prepare for the summaries that must be submitted once or twice a month.
(Grading Criteria /Policy)Your overall grade in the class will be decided based on the following
in class contribution: 60%, term end report: 40%
