Outline (in English)
This course is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge in educational counseling and organizational strategies. By the end of this course, students will be able to:
Understand the psychological characteristics and educational challenges infants, toddlers, children, and older students face.
Develop critical skills necessary for conducting educational consultations, considering the developmental stages of infants, toddlers, children, and older students.
Regular attendance and completion of tasks assigned after each class session are compulsory. Students should plan to allocate more than four hours of study time per class. The final grade for the course will be based on an examination (70%) and in-class participation (30%).

・教育相談を進める際に必要な基礎的知識（カウンセリングに関する基礎的事柄等）
・教育相談の具体的な進め方やそのポイント、組織的な取組みや連携

・幼児・児童・生徒の心理的特性や教育的課題を適切に理解する
・幼児・児童・生徒の発達の状況を把握しながら教育相談を進めるための基礎的知識を身につける。

講義とリアクションペーパー提出。授業の初めに、前回の授業で提出されたリアクションペーパーからいくつか取り上げ、全体に対してフィードバックを行う。
