Outline (in English)
In Career Counseling I, students will mainly study career theory, and based on this, Career Counseling II will proceed with a combination of activities such as case studies while introducing mainly career counseling theory.

・Understand the actual development of career counseling
・Understand the basic theories of career counseling
・Understand specific examples of areas and fields where career counseling is utilized

Actively refer to reference books and other materials introduced in class on topics of interest.

In-class mini-report 50%, final report 50%.
【授業の進め方と方法】
Based on the career theory learned in Career Counseling I, students will learn how to develop and approach career counseling in practice while being introduced to counseling theories. Students will gain a deep understanding through interactive and participatory learning such as case studies, role-playing, and group discussions in each field.
Keep the class interactive, introducing at the beginning of class any comments or questions from students on the previous comment sheet.

キャリアカウンセリングⅠでは主にキャリア理論を学び、それを踏まえてキャリアカウンセリングⅡではキャリアカウンセリングの理論を中心に紹介しながら事例検討などの活動を組合せて進める。

・キャリアカウンセリングの実際の展開について理解する
・カウンセリングの基本の理論について理解する
・キャリアカウンセリングが活用されている領域、分野での具体的な事例を知る

キャリアカウンセリングⅠで学んだキャリア理論を踏まえて、カウンセリングの理論を紹介しながらキャリアカウンセリングの実際の展開、アプローチの方法について学ぶ。各分野での事例検討、ロールプレイング、グループ討議などの双方向、参加型の学習を通して深い理解を図る。
前回のコメントシートに書かれた学生からの感想や質問を授業の冒頭に紹介しながら、フィードバックを行い、双方向型の授業を心がける。
