Outline (in English)

In Career Counseling I, students will mainly study career theory, and based on this, Career Counseling II will proceed with a combination of activities such as case studies while introducing mainly career counseling theory.

・Understand the actual development of career counseling
・Understand the basic theories of career counseling
・Understand specific examples of areas and fields where career counseling is utilized

Actively refer to reference books and other materials introduced in class on topics of interest.

【成績評価の方法と基準(Grading Criteria /Policy)】
In-class mini-report 50%, final report 50%.

【授業の進め方と方法】
Based on the career theory learned in Career Counseling I, students will learn how to develop and approach career counseling in practice while being introduced to counseling theories. Students will gain a deep understanding through interactive and participatory learning such as case studies, role-playing, and group discussions in each field.

Keep the class interactive, introducing at the beginning of class any comments or questions from students on the previous comment sheet.
