Outline (in English)

We will study how human beings develop and change from birth to death, the developmental tasks along each human developmental stage, and their developmental characteristics from a psychological perspective. At the same time, by studying human development from the perspective of career development, we will also study how career development changes and develops throughout a person's life. The first semester focuses on development from birth to adolescence, studying each developmental task and what developmental problems and developmental disorders may occur when developmental tasks cannot be accomplished.

The standard preparation and review time for this class, which introduces references, is 2 hours each.

【成績評価の方法と基準(Grading Criteria /Policy)】
Evaluation will be based on both in-class assignments and reports (50%) and a final exam (50%), and will be based on a comprehensive evaluation.

Throughout the first and second semesters, lecture-based classes will be conducted to understand the path of human development and the developmental characteristics and developmental issues at each developmental stage.
