Outline (in English)

[Class outline and purpose]
This is a fall semester lecture in which students will spend the entire year thinking about what kind of life and career they should take based on what they believe in the coming era, where changes are rapid and it is difficult to predict the future.
This lecture is a class where students look back on their internship experience, organize what they learned there, put their own values ​​into words, and think about their future lives and careers.
In this lecture, we will provide many opportunities for discussion, and we will ask you to envision your future self while being exposed to various values ​​and ways of thinking.

【Attainment target】
Having acquired the thinking and behavior style of thinking and acting on one's own initiative.
Being able to verbalize the values ​​and work philosophy that you value
Being able to see the outline of the life and career plan you want to follow

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
① You may be required to spend time doing interviews and assignments outside of class hours.
②I would like you to think carefully about what you want to do with your career and lifestyle.
③Please keep your antenna up and collect information on trends in industries and companies that interest you.
④Contact with the training site may continue.
The standard time for preparation and review for this class is two hours each.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
① Attitude towards group work etc. in class (60%)
② Submission status and content of various reports (40%)
