Outline (in English)

◆Course outline
In this lecture, students will learn and think about the "food story" of the region based on the vertical axis of "history" and the horizontal axis of "region". We will share the perspective of thinking about the relationship between "food" and "agriculture" and discuss sustainable "environment" and future society.
◆Learning Objectives
 Students will acquire the knowledge and ability to understand, explain, conceive, conceptualize, and practice the appeal of "environment" and "region" by connecting "food" and "agriculture.
◆Learning activities outside of classroom
 Be sure to prepare and review the materials introduced in each lecture.
 Be interested in newspaper articles, magazines, novels, movies, news, etc. related to "food" and "agriculture", and if possible, actually visit, eat, and experience them through the five senses. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
◆Grading Criteria /Policy
 Evaluation will be based on the following criteria:40% for ordinary marks, 60% for final report
