Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
Based on the content learned in Working Conditions I, the program aims to deepen various issues related to employment, especially from the perspective of sustainable management required of companies in modern society. Students learn about the importance of "human capital investment" and "respect for human rights" for corporate management and labor issues in CSR and deepen their understanding of these issues through practical examples from companies, aiming to acquire knowledge to understand today's labor environment issues from the perspective of sustainability.

【Learning Objectives】
To acquire knowledge of the overall employment and labor initiatives required of modern companies from the perspective of sustainability management.

【Learning activities outside of classroom】
The lecture will proceed on the assumption that students have already taken "Working Conditions I," so preparation and review for the lecture will be required. Since the topics covered in each class are different, materials that you should read through in preparation for the next class will be introduced in each class.

The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.

【Grading Criteria /Policy】
The final report (80%) will be used to evaluate the level of understanding and depth of awareness of the issues studied in the lecture, as well as the overall evaluation by taking into account the usual performance score (20%, including attendance).
