Outline (in English)

【授業の概要(Course outline)】
In this seminar, students acquire the basics of modern literary research and study children's literature. Students interpret the works and also consider the author and contemporary society.

【到達目標(Learning Objectives)】
Students will be able to conduct research and make presentations based on the basics of literary research. They can also actively participate in discussions. A report can then be created based on the discussion.

【授業時間外の学習(Learning activities outside of classroom)】
Students are required to read fairy tale works before class. Students must also prepare for their own presentation and write a report after the presentation.

【成績評価の方法と基準(Grading Criteria /Policy)】
Presentation 60%, Discussion participation 40%
