Outline (in English)

Students will not only understand the interpretation of legal provisions, but also understand the role that copyright plays in creation, communication, and reception from the perspective of society as a whole, and will acquire the copyright literacy that students of the Faculty of Letters should acquire.
Work to be done outside of class : Students are expected to read through the references and materials introduced in class as much as possible. Knowledge of world history, international relations and business is required from time to time. Students are encouraged to do their own preparatory study according to their own needs. The standard preparation and review time for this class is 2 hours each.
Grading Criteria : The standard assessment is 50% of the ordinary marks, including the reaction paper, and 50% of the content of the final report.
Others : It is recommend taking Expression and Copyright A and B throughout the year.
