Outline (in English)

Students learn the actual process of making books, centering on methods of magazine composition by DTP (Desk Top Publishing) using computers that are standard in the publishing industry.
The goal is to acquire the basic skills necessary for editing practice. Specifically, the purpose is to acquire the basic operation method of Adobe InDesign, which is indispensable for creating pages. Since Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are used to create the elements necessary for a magazine, such as images and illustrations, it is desirable to take this course together with "Editing Practice A".
Evaluation is based on: class performance (30%); short assignments and term-end assignment (70%).
