Outline (in English)

【Course outline】
 This course deals with the Philosophy of India, China and Japan. It also enhances the development of student’s skill in Western Philosophy.

【Learnig Objectives】
 At the end of this course, students are expected to acquire basic knowledge in Asian thought and to learn how to think for myself.

【Learnig activities outside of classroom】
 Students will be expected to submit a short report after finishing each section. Your study time will be more than four hours for writing a paper.

【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Your overall grade in this class will be calculated according to the following process: Short reports 25%, Term-end report 75%.
