Outline (in English)

【Course outline 】As an introductory lecture of administrative law, together with Introduction to Administrative law Ⅰ, this lecture handles many materials about the administration. ①Introduction to administrative operations (last half)，➁Freedom of Administrative Information and Protection of Personal Data, ➂State Compensation, ④Appeals, and Suits against Administration.
【Learning Objectives 】Students are expected to grasp the whole structure of the subject and to acquire basic knowledge about the administrative law.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
Students should prepare for the lessons, deepen their learning through face-to-face or high-flex lectures, and consolidate their understanding through subsequent review.
【Grading Criteria /Policy 】I. Two mid-term examinations (40%) and a final exam (60%) totaled 100%. In both cases, the midterm exam is a true/false question, and the final exam is a written question (points are added in the range of 40% for evaluation of normal scores based on true/false questions).
II. Conduct a simple confirmation test with true/false questions during lecture time. The notification method in the case of an answer error in the event of a bad connection will be separately disseminated (basically, it is necessary to submit an image taken with a smartphone or the like of the screen of the connection failure at that time). Answers to true/false questions using the test function of the learning support system will be added as normal points (up to 40% will be added).
