Outline (in English)

【Course Outline】
This class provides students with the basic knowledge they need to make the most of their college years and live a long life. The purpose of this class is to help you develop the ability to think and act on your own.
【Learning Objectives】
You are required to have the ability to identify issues on your own, think of solutions to those issues, and continue to implement those ideas. During your four years at university, I would like you to acquire the ability to continue to act while thinking, or in other words, the basic ability to run the PDS (Plan, Do, See) cycle.
【Learning activities outside of classroom】
The standard time required for preparing for this class, reviewing, writing assignment reports, etc. is 4 hours or more in addition to class time. Useful materials, data, reference books, etc. will be shown during class to help you understand the lesson more deeply.
【Grading Criteria/Policy】
Your evaluation will be based on the total score of the assignment report given at each class (100%). Only assignment reports submitted within the indicated deadline will be considered for evaluation. Assignment reports will be evaluated based on three elements: originality of written content, logical structure, and accuracy of expression. To receive credit, you must have a score of 60% or more of the full score of all assignment reports presented (total score of submitted assignment reports).
